ABOUT US
Northern Island has been welcoming visitors to the island of Ireland since 2008 to participate in a wealth of different integration programmes and meet local people like you! We offer opportunities to host teenagers or adults in your home all year round, but particularly in the summer months. Our students come mainly from Spain, France and Italy but we have also welcomed visitors from as far away as Japan!
We maintain wonderful relationships with our host families, many of whom who have participated with us for years. We hope they agree when we say we are reliable and professional and as a local company we are always on-hand to help if needed.
OUR VISION
Our firm belief is that the best thing about our country is the welcome you get here and that is why we think living with local host families is the best way to both learn more English, but also learn about our people and culture.
WHAT WE DO
We arrange the visit of participants, young and old, to different locations in Ireland, north and south. We are specialists in English language integration programmes.
OUR COMPANY
Northern Island Ltd. was started in 2008. Initially we started offering home stay programmes in Northern Ireland and have since expanded to offer home stay programmes in Donegal and Dublin too.
JUDI & JUAN
Juan is Spanish, from Barcelona. Judi is from Killinchy. Co. Down. Together we bring years of experience to our business; travellling internationally and working within the language travel industry. We have both participated in language holidays and continue to do so when we get the opportunity. We love what we do, and especially hearing all about the friendships that have grown from the stays we have organised.
