WE CONTACT YOU
We aim to get back to you as soon as possible to give you further information about the hosting opportunities suitable for you depending on your family unit and geographical location

HOME VISIT
We arrange for one of our local host family co-ordinators to come and meet you in your home. This is an opportunity to find out much more about hosting (many of our co-ordinators have hosted) and to complete necessary paperwork.

VETTING
After the visit we will start the process of vetting (ACCESS NI or GARDA VETTING) as applicable.

PLACEMENT offer
Once we have a participant we would like to place with you we will be in touch via email to give you details (dates and basic details of visitor). You decide if this is suitable and we can confirm the placement.

programme
You will be given participant details before arrival allowing you to be in touch beforehand. Arrival details will also be communicated clearly. Payment for the participant´s stay will be done via bank transfer several days before departure.
